In this article you will find more information on how our partner banks treat automatic renewals of deposits.
Some of our partner banks will apply an ‘auto-prolongation’ to your deposit account. This means that in some cases deposits be renewed automatically for a new fixed term at maturity.
However, If you do not want your account to be renewed, Raisin Bank allows you to opt out at any time up to 5 days before your deposit matures. You will find this option in your Raisin Account in the ‘My savings’ section. If you select this option, your deposit and any interest accrued will be credited to your Raisin Bank Account at maturity.
