Demand deposit accounts remain active even with a zero balance, unless the demand deposit account is closed in full. With these types of accounts, you will continue to receive notifications about interest rate adjustments until you have closed the account.
You can cancel your account in full along with any further payments into the account by going to “My savings” -> “Demand Deposit Accounts”.
Please note: If a payout is alraady in progress, the "close account" button will not be available in the details for a short time. Please wait until the payout has been completed and credited to your Raisin Account; the button will then be visible again immediately.
